## How to pay (x402)

1. POST without payment → HTTP 402 with payment requirements (JSON body + PAYMENT-REQUIRED header).
2. Sign the exact USDC amount (EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization) and retry with the
   PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header (x402 v2; legacy X-PAYMENT v1 also accepted).
3. Easiest: use x402-fetch (npm) or any x402 client — it handles the 402 handshake automatically.
